What is the DMT Class?
My class can help overcome the fear of moving your body, moving your voice and your thoughts. Either quickly and or in time you will find deeper bravery and confidence within yourself while receiving a serious cardio.
I do not teach you how to dance, I teach you how to discover your own dance. I do not teach you what to think, I show you the benefits of critical thinking and good judgement.

Dance Meditation Technique is a two hour whole being work out that includes a twenty minute warm up where the class is explained and we practice the techniques together. Here you can ask questions and are encouraged to at anytime. Then we move to the playlist which is 60 minutes where we practice the techniques energized and discussed in the warm ups. There is then a twenty minute cool down, followed by a short rest and short meditation.
You will find release, relief, insight and eventually, sooner or later, tremendous joy.
